In Hoboken, family-run Italian places are busiest on weekend evenings and around holidays, when reservations or call-ahead seating are worth it. BYOB is common at smaller restaurants in some states, with a modest corkage fee or none at all; the listing or a quick call will tell you. Wing-and-pizza shops across New Jersey do most of their business by delivery and price wings by the piece or in fixed counts, with sauce heat adjustable on request. Catering trays, party pizzas and sheet pies need a day's notice at most places, and more around big game days.
Hours are published for 7 days a week. Typical hours are 7 amβ3 pm. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (201) 918-7089. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. Its website is otokbakery.com, where you may find menus, price lists or booking options.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.7 out of 5 from 111 reviews, which is a strong result for an italian deli in Hoboken and suggests consistent service.
Hoboken is in New Jersey, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Hoboken follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

The blueberry cheesecake latte- very strong latte not too sweet - which I love, but the flavors weren't really there for me. I also got the brookie which was more like a fudgey brownie with a crushed cookie topping. It was very rich and delicious, I enjoyed it for a couple days because I just could not enjoy something that rich and sweet in one sitting. Most recent visit may be my favorite! Got the mango sticky rice latte - yum! The latte itself didn't taste as strong as the blueberry cheesecake latte it was much smoother. Also got the walnut banana bread as per recommended on Yelp - and wow! That was the best banana bread I've had, perfectly moist, love the dollop of icing too it was just enough if you wanted a tad bit sweeter for your banana bread but it was just right in my humble opinion! I would definitely come back for that! Service was attentive & quick. There's a couple table to sit outdoors but not inside. Also, street parking only & be sure to read the street signs!

Otak Bakery is a Hoboken staple Iβve been hearing about for a while, and I finally got the chance to try it. I really loved their pastries. I got the cheesy bread with ground beef, and it was absolutely delicious, warm, flavorful, and super satisfying. I also tried the ham and cheese croissant, which was flaky, buttery, and really well done π₯β¨ I had also heard a lot about their coffee menu, so I decided to try the mango sticky rice latte. Honestly, this one wasnβt for me. I couldnβt really taste the mango much, and it didnβt sit the best with me afterward, but that could just be personal preference or a one-off experience. That said, I would still come back for the food alone. The pastries are definitely the highlight here, and I can see why this place gets so much love. Overall, a really solid spot in Hoboken with great baked goods, and definitely worth adding to your list. βοΈπ₯

Otok is easily the best bakery in Hoboken. Weβve tried everything from their breakfast sandwiches (of which the bacon is impressively thick), to their croissants, baguettes and stuffed bread. They also sell delicious tomato soup and sandwiches during weekday lunch.

What a find! They use true Normandy butter from France π«π· for their croissants! Super tasty and delicious. The owner Meran showed me the amazing 500 square foot brick oven, that used to bake bread for Frank Sinatra back in the day. Love it! What an amazing old school throwback, still backing amazing bread today. I would call this a super recommendation!

Not gonna lie, the almond croissants look ghastly: deflated and devoid of layers. Nonetheless, what I ordered was great. Sfogliatella was ace, the filling was perfect, creamy and not overly sweet. Focaccia wasn't anywhere as pillowy as the best but a fine slice for the neighbourhood.
